Key Responsibilities:
Office Support:
- Answering incoming calls and taking messages.

- Taking meeting minutes.
- Maintaining diaries for volunteers, tours, and events.
Data and Document Management:
- Data entry, including sales figures, maintenance logs, and attendance sheets.
- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets and presentations.
- Filing and general record keeping.
General Office Management:
- Coordinating office operations to ensure efficiency.
