Waikato Equitherapy Incorporated offers horse riding and horse interaction for children and adults with special needs in Hamilton and the surrounding Waikato area. We have a dedicated team of volunteers, committed staff, and a fantastic group of therapy horses.
Our riders benefit physically, emotionally, and socially from their time at the Centre, and we take great joy in seeing their weekly progress and the confidence they gain. Waikato Equitherapy is also a supportive environment for our volunteers, those on work experience, and the children who attend our holiday programs. The Centre fosters a strong sense of community, where everyone can belong and thrive.
Role Description – In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Vacuuming, dusting, and mopping the floors in the admin block and club rooms
While this role does not require interaction with the horses, we would love to get to know you during your time at the Centre.
