Age Concern Taupō runs weekly SAYGo (Steady As You Go) exercise classes focused on falls prevention. These gentle sessions include chair-based and walking exercises, following a simple, structured programme.
What’s Involved?
- Running two back-to-back 50-minute classes
- Following a pre-set programme (no planning required!)
- Encouraging and supporting participants
- Helping create a fun, social environment
