We’re looking for enthusiastic, dedicated volunteers to manage our Rockit Crew workshops for young adults aged 16-30 with special needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of young people while working in a fun, supportive, and inclusive environment.
As a Workshop Leader, you will have the chance to lead activities that promote socialisation, entertainment, and skill-building through music, dance, and life skills exercises. Volunteers will manage the workshop independently, with training and support provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead weekly workshops featuring music, dance, and social activities
- Create a positive, inclusive environment for self-expression and skill development
- Ensure safety and wellbeing while encouraging socialisation
- Foster connections among participants, promoting confidence and learning

- Ability to manage a group independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to Monday evenings during term time
