In this role, you will assist the Human Resources team with the recruitment and placement of volunteers, information system management, and other HR procedures.
What You’ll Do:
- Organizing the files, entering volunteer information into the system, ensuring the standard of accuracy
- Sorting and recording inquiries and relevant information
- Engaging in general clerical duties so that they are completed on-time.
Supervision and training are provided.
We support volunteers to develop knowledge, skills, and opportunities that will be useful to them in their future careers. This voluntary position will suit someone very organized, systematic who can use their initiative to develop their HR administrative and management skills. Your office orientation will include training on all office equipment, the data evaluation, and office filing systems. We also provide references for our volunteers who have worked with us for more than three months.
